Petmall is the fastest growing omni-channel model company in Bulgarian pet industry. The company started as pure player (online only) selling online food and accessories for pets in September 2016. Since the start they grow annually around 50 %. After two years on operating online and more than 40 000 orders delivered, the company opens its first physical shop in September 2018. Currently the company operates 11 shops and started developing the franchise model with one shop already operating. They are in the process of developing the 12th shop.
In 2019 the Petmall started another division B2B distribution and founded the sub company Petfoodtrade. Currently the company serves more than 300 shops suppling them with goods. Expected revenue for 2022 is BGN 3 mln. The distribution company keeps the pace of Petmall and grow with more than 50 % annually.
Petmall is innovative tech company that disrupt the industry in Bulgaria. It is the first one to introduce Black Friday in the Pet industry in 2016, also it is the first one to use TV celebrities in marketing campaign as Maria Ignatova, Lubo Kirov and Nencho Balabanov. The company is the first one in Bulgaria, which introduce the recurring model of ordering.
