The Bulgarian Stock Exchange will host the second strategic meeting of beamuplab 5, focusing on equity financing.
The event will highlight opportunities for raising capital through the beam market and the new crowdfunding platform, SpaceCrowd. Both initiatives aim to provide companies at various growth stages with access to capital markets.
During a fireside chat, leaders from companies already listed on the beam — Boleron and Paysera — will share their journeys to the stock exchange. They will discuss how the listing process unfolded, the challenges they encountered, and how equity financing supported their growth. They will be joined by Karoll, an investment intermediary with extensive experience in listings, who will offer insights into the role of intermediaries and how they assist companies in preparing for the market.
