The third strategic meeting of the sixth edition of beamuplab focuses on equity financing and what stands behind a company’s decision to list on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Representatives of companies behind some of the most recent successful offerings on the beam market – HR Capital and Boleron – together with investment intermediary Sofia International Securities, share first-hand experience of their journey towards an IPO. The discussion follows the key stages of the process – from the decision to list and the company’s preparation, through the listing process itself and communication with investors, to the new opportunities for growth that emerge after becoming a public company.

The topic continues with a closer look at life after an IPO – the requirements for transparency and reporting, as well as good practices in investor communication.

As always, an important part of the meeting is the presentation of the beamuplab companies. MYX, Biocom/Rematrak, Aladin Foods and BuzKo present their businesses and growth plans and receive feedback from investors and guests at the event.
