Debt financing opportunities are the main focus of the second strategic meeting of the beamuplab vol.2 program, which is being held today. The leading organization of the meeting is the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB). Mr. Tsanko Arabadzhiev, Executive Director of BDB will open Gravity MeetUp II and top managers from the BDB Microfinancing and the Capital Investment Fund of the bank will present effective financing models and the newest programs in support of startups and SMEs. An illustration of BDB's leading investment practices will be the success story of International Power Supply, a company specialized in the R&D and precision manufacturing of power electronics and energy conversion technologies.

In a special session, high level representatives of EY Bulgaria will acquaint the participants in the meeting with the whole process of preparing a company for a strategic deal, including the point of view of the buyer, as well as tax and legal challenges along the way. EY is a world leader in the field of audit, taxes, financial consulting and transactions with 30 years of presence on the Bulgarian market and experience in consulting some of the largest transactions in Bulgaria.

Traditionally, selected companies will make a demonstrative investor pitch. The presentations of Transmetrics, Biostyle, Coursedot and Lieferant are expected with special interest, as well as subsequent investor feedback.

The moderator of the meeting is Hristo Nikolov - a proven business journalist with extensive experience in online and print media. He is the host of the morning TV show „Business Start“ on Bloomberg TV Bulgaria and the show „ImoTiTe“. He covers economic issues since 2002. Mr. Nikolov is the winner of the highest journalistic award in Bulgaria „Chernorizets Hrabar“.
